Welcome to Lillie's Essentials. I am
based out of Buena Vista, Colorado where I am also a staff massage
therapist at the Cottonwood Hot Springs Inn & Spa, which features
all-natural mineral hot springs that have been used for centuries for
its therapeutic and healing properties.
All my massages include a 30-minutes pre-soak in hot springs pools. Additionally, energy work is included as an integral part of the massage.
